The 3 dangers that lead to an unhealthy lifestyle

Overeating, over studying and overworking all lead to an extremely unhealthy and unbalanced lifestyle.

Overeating

Overeating may be caused from stress or an absolute love for food. When you are stressful, you may feel the urge to eat food constantly since it makes you feel better. This is extremely dangerous since the constant snacking adds calories consistently to your diet all day. This eventually leads to obesity and cause your fat content to be much higher than your muscle content.

Overstudying

You may want to achieve top grades at school or university and think that by studying for many hours whilst often neglecting socializing, you will achieve this goal. This mindset is extremely unhealthy since your brain can only absorb so much information without taking a break. An unbalanced lifestyle such as this will lead to stress, depression and also a cap to the amount of knowledge you can obtain from studying. By taking scheduled breaks and hanging out with your friends, you allow your brain to refresh and replenish itself allowing you to continue studying at full effectiveness.

Overworking

Working many hours a week be it at home or at the workforce is extremely unhealthy as well. Similar to overstudying, if you are trying your hardest to get a promotion but in order to do that sacrifice many hours of your own life you could dedicate to fitness or socializing, you will start to feel a vast amount of stress.
