Healthy Snacks to Make Quickly

Having trouble maintaining a healthy lifestyle balance? Here are 3 healthy snacks that are quick and easy to make.

1. Crackers with chocolate-hazelnut spread and banana

Divide 2 bread crackers evenly with chocolate hazelnut spread, with a small slice of banana on top.


2. Bagel with Ricotta and Strawberries

Toast a half whole grain flat bagel and spread it with 2 tablespoons of ricotta. Then on top add 1/3 of a cup of sliced strawberries. With a drizzle of honey on top.


3.  Rice cake with peanut butter, coconut and dried cherries.

Spread 1 rice cake with 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons toasted with coconuts and cherries.
