Multivitamins

If people had a healthy diet by eating 5 veggies and two fruits a day than they should have a well nourished body. But unfortunately that is not the case as most people don't abide by this. Most vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients for the body and are mostly acquired from fruits and veggies. This is where multivitamins can be used as an alternative as they contain a wide range of essential vitamins and minerals that may help our body of lacking nutrients. The need for vitamins may change due to factors such as age, gender, diet and overall health and other factors.
